摘要
文章采取调查问卷的形式对大连市大学生村官、当地村官、村民进行调查。主要调查了大连市大学生村官的基本情况、求职动机、期满后的意向以及村民对他们的评价等,并对调查的数据进行简要点评。调查结果表明大连市"一村一名大学生计划"政策在完善制度建设、创新管理模式、推动新农村建设、促进大学生村官自身成长方面发挥了积极作用。
The paper surveys undergraduate village officials＇ basic information, job motivation, intention after the job and evaluation by villagers according to the questionnaire , and comments on them. Combining ques- tionnaire and fieldwork, the third part concludes the executive effect on the plan of one college student for one village in Dalian ： improve the system building, create management modal, push forward establishment of new villages, promote the students own growth.
