摘要
以交易费用和比较优势为分析切入点,比较河南省城乡固定资产投资规模,结果表明城乡投资规模差距巨大;比较各个地区固定资产投资规模和增长速度,认为投资是造成地区经济差异的重要原因。通过对过去五年的数据分析,推测未来城乡之间和地区之间投资结构的演进趋势并分析其中的原因。优化河南省区域投资结构,对于政府来说,应该增加对农业和农村的投资,改善农业生产经营条件,缩小城乡之间的投资差距;对于区域投资结构而言,更多地应强调各地比较优势,大力投资特色产业以提高投资经济效益,实现各地均衡发展。
The target of optimizing regional investment is to solve the differences of regional investment be- tween urban and rural areas and between regions. Our country can realize the integration of urban and rural areas and balanced development between regions by decreasing these differences. This article based on trans- action cost and comparative advantage theories to compare the scale of fixed assets investment in Henan prov- ince to show the scale gap of investment in urban and rural is huge and to compare area size and growth rate of investment in fixed assets to get that investment is the important cause of regional economic differences. We speculated that future investment structure evolution trend between urban and rural areas and between regions and analyzed the reasons through the analysis of the data in the past five years. The strategies of optimizing of investment structure in Henan province are put forward in the last part in this article. The main responsible person for the investment structure optimization between rural and urban areas should be government. Govern- ment should add some investments in agriculture and rural areas to improve agricultural production and opera- tion condition and enhance agricultural competition, so as to reduce the gap between urban and rural. For re- gional investment structure, we should emphasize the comparative advantages and invest heavily in character- istic industry in each place to improve economic benefit in order to realize the balanced development.
