摘要
目的探讨创伤性急性硬膜下血肿术中并发硬膜外血肿的原因及治疗方法。方法针对2011-06—2013-04我院收治的40例创伤性急性硬膜下血肿术中并发硬膜外血肿患者,施行硬膜外血肿手术。结果所有患者经过手术治疗后,6例死亡,34例患者进行随访观察,随访时间6个月,采用格拉斯哥评分(GOS),病情严重或植物状态生存者18例,致残较轻及恢复良好者16例。结论对创伤性急性硬膜下血肿术中并发硬膜外血肿患者的病情进行密切的术前及术中观察,及时行的CT检查,有助于疾病的早期发现和处理,减少病死率及致残率。
Objective To discuss the reasons and treatment of patients with traumatic acute subdural hematoma complicat- ed with epidural hematoma. Methods From June 2011 to April 2013, 40 cases of patients with traumatic acute subdural hema- toma complicated with epidural hematoma during subdural decompression operation underwent operation. All of the patients were observed and analyzed. Results After the operation treatment, there are 6 cases dead. The rest 34 cases were followed UP for more than 6 months. The GOS scores were adopted, severe disability and plant survival were 18 cases, a good recovery and mild disability were 16 cases. Conclusion The close observation of the changes of patients with traumatic acute subdural hematoma complicated with epidural hematoma is helpful , and the the timely CT examination is also good for early discovery and treatment.
