摘要
目的探讨妊娠期脑卒中患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测21例妊娠期脑卒中患者血清中MMP-8、hs-CRP水平,并以20例同期正常孕产妇作为对照。结果妊娠期脑卒中患者血清中MMP-8、hs-CRP水平均高于正常孕产妇(P<0.05)。两者水平与疾病严重程度有关(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期脑卒中患者血清中MMP-8、hs-CRP处于高水平,可能与该病的疾病发展有关,可用于其临床评估。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of matrix metalloproteinases-8 （MMP-8） and high sensitive C reac- tive protein （Hs-CRP） in patients with stroke related to pregnancy and their clinical significance. Methods ELISA method was used to detect the serum levels of MMP-8 and Hs-CRP in the 21 cases of stroke related to pregnancy, and 20 cases of healthy female volunteer was collected as the controls. Results The serum levels of MMP-8 and Hs-CRP in the patients with stroke related to pregnancy was higher than those of the normal gravid or puerpera （P〈0.05）. Their levels were related with the pathogenetic condition （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of MMP-8 and Hs-CRP are high in the patients with stroke related to pregnancy, they may he related the improvement of stroke related to pregnancy.
