摘要
论述了XT22W无级调速铣削主轴箱传动系统的设计过程,主要介绍了主轴箱分段无级变速传动系统的设计方法。该系统与原有XT22W有级变速铣削主轴箱实现了大部分零部件的通用,降低了设计、制造成本,提高了加工性能和操作自动化程度。
This paper discusses the design process of XT22W stepless speed milling spindle box drive system design methods, mainly introduces the spindle box section of continuously variable transmission system. The system with the original XT22W with variable speed milling spindle box to realize the general parts, the design and the manufacturing cost, improves the processing performance and automation.
