摘要
对国内外最新的深孔加工技术进行了比较和深入的分析,在兼顾高效和经济的同时,选择了"麻花钻"作为加工某工程机械刹车制动夹钳,2-Φ6,深160油孔的加工方法。研究的结果,对工程技术人员进行铸铁类零件的深孔加工,具有参考意义。
By analyzing the latest research of the deep-hole drilling technology at home and abroad, combined with the requirements of the actual process of the integral design of the biaxial deep-hole drilling machine, this paper select "twist drill" as the machining method for the 2-Ф6, 160mm depth oil holes of the braking clamp. The result of this paper is a useful resource to engineers who facing the similar problem.
