摘要
在数控机床上常要计算电子齿轮传动比以获得合适的脉冲当量,现有文献计算电子齿轮传动比的方法比较复杂、通用性差,论述了电子齿轮传动比的实质和通用计算方法,并得到了工程实践验证,初步研究了对机械传动性能的影响,为设计、应用和维修数控机床提供了理论根据。
In CNC machine tools often to calculate the electronic gear ratio to obtain the equivalent pulse appropriate, existing literature and calculating methods of electronic gear ratio is more complex, poor universality, this paper discussed the electronic gear ratio of the essence and the universal calculation method, and has been proved by the engineering practice, to study the effect of mechanical transmission performance, provide the theoretical basis for the design, application and repair of CNC machine tools.
