摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对原发性高血压患者接受药物治疗依从性的影响。方法从我院内科门诊接诊的原发性高血压患者380名作为本次研究的研究对象,随机分成干预组和对照组,各190位。遵照医嘱给对照组服用降压药,除进行常规护理外不做其他特殊的处理,干预组在服用降压药的基础上,进行维期3个月的综合护理干预。比较干预后两组患者的血压、接受治疗的依从性是否发生变化。结果根据研究者记录的结果,干预3个月后,干预组有70.53%的患者血压控制在正常范围,而对照组有32.63%的患者控制在正常范围,两组比较差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组有71.58%的患者依从性评分达到了优秀,而对照组只有42.11%的患者达到了优秀,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论按时按量服用降压药,同时采用综合护理进行干预,提高了血压控制有效者的比例,使患者更好的按照大夫的医嘱主动进行自我血压的控制,患者依从性明显好转。
Objective Discussion of comprehensive nursing intervention to accept compliance of drug therapy on patients with es- sential hypertension. Methods Hypertensive patients from my hospital outpatient admissions of 380 as research subjects in this study were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group, 190. Take your blood pressure medication for the con- trol group, in addition to routine care not to other special treatment, the intervention group taking antihypertensive drugs on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention dimensional three-month period. Results The researchers recorded the results, three months after the in- tervention, the intervention group had 70.53 percent of the patients in the normal range of blood pressure control, while the control group had 32.63 percent of the patients control in the normal range, the difference was significant statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The intervention group had 71.58% of the patients achieved excellent compliance rates, while the control group only 42.11% of patients achieved excellent significant difference, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Time and according to the amount of blood pressure medication, while using integrated care intervention to improve blood pressure control effectively the pro- portion of those who make patients better follow the doctor＇s prescription to initiate self-control of blood pressure, significantly im- proved patient compliance.
