摘要
中小企业已经成为我经济发展的重要推动力量和组成部分,但是由于我国目前对中小企业的行政审批还存在着重审批轻服务、行政审批设定管理不严和监督机制不健全等问题,严重制约了中小企业的发展,对此必须采取措施进行改革,使得行政审批行使监管职能的同时为中小企业发展保驾护航。
Small and medium- sized enterprises have become an important driving power and the component of eco- nomic development. However, at present many problems still exist in the administrative examination and approval of our small and medium -sized enterprises, such as： the examination and approval important and the service less, the mismanagement of the administrative examination and approval setting, and the unsoundness of supervision mecha- nism, which have seriously restricted the development of small and medium - sized enterprises. So we must take measures to make the administrative examination and approval perform the function of supervision in order to protect the development of small and medium -sized enterprises.
