摘要
为了满足(O)1.0~1.6 mm制绳钢丝大盘重生产的需要,设计了一种立式工字轮收线机.该收线机采用联组窄V带传动,传动功率为15 kW,收线工字轮直径为800 mm,收线盘载质量550~600kg,收线钢丝直径为1.0~1.6mm.排线装置采用独立电动机驱动丝杆进行正反转,为了确保钢丝的卷取质量,在丝杆排线器上增设一套矫直器.收线和排线装置均采用PLC加变频器控制,以适应主机速度和排线间距.为确保钢丝的收线质量,在主机和收线机之间装一套恒张力机构,确保张力恒定,提高了拉丝机作业率.该收线机结构简单,制造和维护方便,排线间距可调.
A type of vertical spool take-up is designed for requirement of satisfying diameter 1.0 ~ 1.6 mm steel wire for rope heavy coil production. The take-up transmits forces by the group narrow V belt, the transmission power is 15 kW, the diameter of take-up spool diameter is 800 mm and loaded 550 ~ 600 kg, steel wire diameter is 1.0 - 1.6 mm. The wire lay- ing unit adopts positive and negative rotation through single motor driving screw rod. In order to ensure the quality of steel wire coiling, a set of straightener is added on the screw wire device. The coiling and rolling rings unit are controlled by PLC and frequency transformer, to adapt to the main machine speed and wire laying space. A set of constant tension device is installed between main machine and take-up, to ensure constant tension, the wire drawing machine production efficiency. The take-up structure is simple, manufacture and maintenance is convenient, wire laying space is adjustable.
