摘要
介绍常见的除锈机分类,对比分析其优缺点,在此基础上设计了钢丝刷径向可调除锈机。给出钢丝刷径向可调除锈机的工作原理及结构图,该除锈机具有结构简单,适应线材直径范围广,维护方便,噪音小,环境污染小,设备占地面积小,使用成本低等优点,可广泛应用于线材除锈加工。
To introduce common derusting machine classification, comparing the advantages and disadvantages, on the ba- sis to design steel wire brush radial adjustable derusting machine. To expound the principle of the machine and give out the structure diagram. The machine has such advantages as simple structure, suitable to big wire rod diameter scope, conven- ience to maintenance, small noise, small pollution to environment, small equipment floor space, lower use cost, it can be used to wire rod derusting extensively.
