摘要
在归纳总结国内外相关社会脆弱性研究的基础上,探讨了自然和社会脆弱性研究的区别,概述了社会脆弱性研究的关键问题,并总结了现有社会脆弱性研究不足。研究指出现有社会脆弱性研究在其理论体系、评价方法和权重确定等方面有待完善,特定自然灾害或不利事件影响下综合(自然和社会)脆弱性的动态研究是灾害研究中亟待开展的课题。
Based on the profile of the international and domestic researches on social vulnerability to natural disasters, difference between physical and social vulnerability from the research contents are discussed, the key problems and weaknesses of social vulnerability presently are summarized. It is concluded that the theoretical sys- tems, evaluation methods and weigh issues in social vulnerability research require further improvement. Social vul- nerability research in future should focus on specific natural hazards. Furthermore, the combination of physical and social vulnerability assessment would be an urgent issue in the natural disaster community.
