简要介绍了预冷纯化系统的重要性,对一般空分装置的除杂、预冷系统性能的设计加以详尽阐述。空分设备预冷在成套流程中有举足轻重的作用,所以组织设计合理的预冷系统不仅可以满足流程需要,还可以使成套装置的投资与运行费用保持较好的合理性与经济性。
This paper briefly describes the importance of precooling and purification system, elaborating on design of impu- rity removing of general air separation unit and precooling system performance. The precooling of air separation unit plays a vital role in the complete process. In this case, design of a rational precooling system can not only satisfy process require- ment but also make the investment and operating cost of the complete unit maintain a considerable good rationality and economy
