摘要
目的 研究 2 %酪蛋白磷酸肽钙氟磷复合体 (CPP- ACFP)溶液对釉质缺损的再矿化率与时间的关系。 方法 从人第三磨牙切取 2 8块釉质片 ,于每片中制备两条釉质缺损。2 8块釉质片被随机分为 4组 ,每组分别于再矿化液中浸泡 1、3、5、10天 ,然后进行切片放射影像和矿物质含量测定。 结果 经 1、3、5、10天后 ,矿化液分别取代矿物质缺失 9.19%、14.2 7%、2 9.0 7%、38.45 % ,求得直线回归方程为 :(Y=6 .85 5 8+3.34 5 1X;R2 =0 .92 35 ) ,经统计学检验 ,此方程有意义 (tr=4.91,P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 CPP- ACFP对牙釉质缺损的再矿化作用相当明显 ,可作为食物、牙膏添加剂 ,在龋病预防中将起重要作用。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between remineralizing rate and time on artificial enamel subsurface lesions in vitro by 2% casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium fluoride phosphate complexes (CPP-ACFP) solution. Methods Twenty-eight enamel blocks were cut from human thrid molars, in which 2 lesions were prepared from each block. The 28 samples were randomly assigned to the four study groups, in which each group was incubated in remineralization solution for 1,3,5,10 days respectively. After remineralization the samples were sectioned, rediographied and the minera content were determined by microdensitometry. Result The remineralizing solution replaced 9 19%,14 27%,29 07%,38 45% of mineral lost after 1,3,5,10 days respectively (Y=6 8516+3 3456X; R 2=0 9235; Y:remineralizing rate; X time). Significant differences were found in remineralizing rate between any two groups using One-way Scheffe multiple comparison. Conclusion The CPP-ACFP would play an important role as a food and/or a toothpaste additive for the control of dental caries.
