摘要
为预估含中心穿透型裂纹固体推进剂试样的抗拉强度,修正了固有缺陷模型(IFM)和应力断裂准则模型,包括点应力准则(PSC)和平均应力准则(ASC),建立了不同模型的断裂强度方程。通过修正的双参数断裂判据建立了特征尺寸与极限断裂强度的关系,采用固体推进剂断裂试验对模型进行了验证。结果表明,该模型的预估结果与试验结果相近。IFM、PSC和ASC都可以用于预估含裂纹推进剂试样的抗拉强度。
To predict the tensile strength of solid propellant specimen with central crack, the inherent flaw model (IFM) and the stress fracture models including point stress criterion (PSC) and average stress criterion (ASC) were modified. The fracture strength equations for different models were established. The relationship between the char- acteristic size and the ultimate fracture strength was built through a modified two parameters fracture criterion. The established models were verified by fracture tests of solid propellant. Results show that the predicted results from the established models are close to the testing ones. IFM, PSC and ASC can be used to predict the tensile strength of solid propellant specimens with crack.
