Mechanical Properties of RDX-based PBX Explosive under Passive Confined Pressure

摘要 利用在分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)上进行的被动围压试验研究了RDX基PBX炸药的力学性能,获取了不同应变率(830-1850s^-1)下的应力一应变曲线,讨论了围压轴压之间的关系,计算了该炸药的动态力学性能参量。结果表明,应力一应变曲线峰值点处的应力和应变均随应变率的增加而增加,围压状态下RDX基PBX炸药承受的压力远高于无围压状态;随着应变率的增加,动态屈服强度明显提高,而动态泊松比和动态杨氏模量则基本保持不变。 Mechanical properties of RDX-based PBX explosive were investigated by passive confined pressure test method performed on split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). The stress-strain curves at different strain rates (ranged from 830 to 1 850 s-1) were obtained. The relation of confined pressure and axis pressure was discussed. The dynamic mechanical parameters of this explosive were calculated. The results show that the stresses and strains increase with increasing the strain rate at the peak point. The stresses of the RDX-based PBX explosive under con- fined pressure are higher than those under unconfined state. The dynamic yield strength increases as the strain rate increases, but the dynamic Poisson ratio and dynamic Youngs modulus keep invariant.
