摘要
采用浊度法对循环水中的聚丙烯酸(PAA)的浓度进行测定,并讨论十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)最佳投加量、pH、放置时间等对吸光度的影响,确定了最佳测试条件,并研究了循环水中共存物质对PAA测定的影响。当循环水中的Ca2+<200 mg/L、PO43-<50 mg/L、SO42-<360 mg/L、NaCl<400 mg/L时对PAA的测定几乎没有影响;水质稳定剂HEDP<50 mg/L、ATMP<20 mg/L、BTA<4 mg/L时对PAA的测定几乎无影响,六偏磷酸钠的影响可以通过加酸蒸煮消除。此法准确、实用性强,检测限为0.112 mg/L。
The concentration of polyacrylic acid(PAA) in circulating water has been determined by turbidity method. The effects of the best dosage of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(1227) ,pH ,and standing time on the absorbance are discussed. The optimal test conditions are defined. In addition, the effects of co-existance substances in circulating water on the determination of PAA are studied. There are nearly no effect on the determination of PPA, when conditions are as follows : Ca2+〈200 mg/L,PO4^3-〈50 mg/L, SO4^2--〈360 mg/L, NaCI〈400 mg/L in circulating water. When the conditions of water quality stabilizer are as follows:HEDP〈50 mg/L, ATMP〈20 mg/L, and BTA〈4 mg/L,it exerts no influence on the the determination of PAA. The effects of ealgon can be eliminated by acid adding and decating. This method is accurate, practical and its detection limit is 0.112 mg/L.
