摘要
自激振动喷嘴兼有空化射流和脉冲射流的双重优点,利用FLUENT对喷嘴进行射流特性计算,优化得到适合于低压水冲洗系统的自激振动喷嘴结构参数。结果表明:所设计的低压自激振动喷嘴可以产生空化射流效果,当出口直径d=3 mm、谐振腔长度L=6.3 mm、锥角θ=30°时,喷嘴空化发展速度快,适宜于近距离空化清洗;锥角θ=60°时,空化效应发展较慢,射程相对较远,适宜于远距离的空化清洗。研究结果为低压自激振动空化喷嘴的结构设计提供了参考。
The self-resonating nozzle has the double advantage of cavitating jet and pulsed jet nozzle. The characteristics of jet nozzle were calculated by using FLUENT software, and the structural parameters of self-resonating nozzle suitable for the low pressure insulator water washing system were obtained. The results show that the effect of cavitating jet nozzles can be produced by the designed self-resonating nozzles. When the outlet diameter d = 3 mm, the length of resonant cavity L = 6.3 mm, the cone angle θ = 30°, the self-resonating nozzle cavitating development speed is fast, suitable for short distance cavitating washing. While θ = 60°, the effect of cavitating development is slow and the jet rang is relatively far, suitable for long distance cavitating washing. The study result provides reference for structural design of the low pressure self-resonating cavitating jet nozzles.
