摘要
我国"十二五"期间须完成夏热冬冷地区既有建筑节能改造5000万m2的目标,因此,对既有居住建筑围护结构进行节能改造刻不容缓。从已改造的既有居住建筑着手,讨论了围护结构节能改造关键技术。针对既有居住建筑围护结构节能改造的特点,以及老小区改造工程的开展,明确外墙节能改造是实现既有居住建筑节能50%、65%的关键。提出一种改进型用于外墙基层加固的"砂浆锚固钉法"和一种基于功能梯度板的装配式外墙外保温系统,可供节能改造工程借鉴。
It is no time to delay of energy efficiency reforming for envelope of existing residential buildings since 5000 square meters existing buildings will have been completed during the “Twelfth Five-year” period in hot summer and cold winter area. Key technologies for energy efficiency reforming of envelope taken from the reconstructed residential buildings are discussed in the paper. Based on the features of energy-efficiency reforming of the existing residential building envelope,as well as the im- plementation of the old district renovation projects,it is realized that the energy efficiency reforming of exterior wall is the key to reach 50% and even 65% energy saving. A “Modified Mortar Anchor Fastening Method” suited for exterior wall reinforcement and a “Functionally Graded Plate” based on fabricated external thermal insulation system are proposed in this paper,which can be taken as examples by similar projects.
