摘要
改革开放以来中国农村卫生事业取得了较大的发展 ,农村人口的卫生健康状况大大改善 ,但同时存在着农村卫生健康水平的提高速度明显减缓 ,与经济和收入水平的增长形成反差 ,以及农村医疗卫生服务的可及性和可得性面临挑战等问题。要解决这些问题 ,必须多方面配套深化农村医疗卫生体制改革 ,加强公共支持并提高其有效性。
Since reforming and opening were put into practice in China, rural health enterprise has developed enormously, while health condition of the countryman has advanced greatly. However, there are some problem to be concerned about such as the contrast between slow development in health condition and rapid advancement in economic condition, the availability of rural medical service and so on. To solve them, we should deepen rural medical system reform, strengthen public support and enhance availability.
