摘要
慢性上颌窦炎是一种常见病和多发病,上颌窦穿刺冲洗法是治疗本病的常用和重要方法之一,鼻窦灌注液是根据中医学理论而组方,灌注入上颌窦里面,有宣通鼻窍,排脓除涕之作用。临床资料表明,鼻窦灌注液和阳性对照药(庆大霉索)相比,在总体疗效和体征改善程度上相近似(P>0.05),但在临床症状改善率上,鼻窦灌注液又优于庆大霉素(P<0.05),提示鼻窦灌注液是治疗慢性上颌窦炎较为理想的方药.
Chronic Maxillary Sinusitis (CMS) is a commonly and frequently encountered disease. To treat the disease, puncture and lavation therapy with nasal sinuses perfusate is the chief and commonly used treatment. Nasal sinuses perfusate is a lotion prepared with herbal medicines based on TCM theory and used to infuse into maxillary sinus. It has the effects of removing nasal obstruction and promoting pus drainage from sinuses. The clinical research results showed that nasal sinuses perfusate had a general effect similar to gentamicin, but much more effective than gentamicin (P<0.05), It is also proved that this perfusate can dilate the arteriole and venule, improve the condition of microcirculation, and exert anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
