摘要
[目的]研究啤酒废水作为外加碳源下A2/O工艺的脱氮除磷效果。[方法]采用A2/O工艺处理模拟生活污水,以啤酒废水作为外加碳源,分析了投加啤酒废水对反应系统内总氮和PO43--P的去除率以及对COD、pH的影响。[结果]不同啤酒废水投加量下系统的脱氮除磷效果差异较大;在一定范围内,随着啤酒废水投加量的增大,总氮去除率增高,当啤酒废水投加量过大时,总氮去除率下降,而PO43--P的去除率随着啤酒废水投量的增大呈下降趋势。[结论]适当投加啤酒废水可以提高A2/O工艺的脱氮除磷效果,且较佳投量为70 mg/L。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in an anaerobic-anoxic-oxic (A2/O) process under beer wastewater as an external carbon source. [ Method ] Using A2/O process simulation sewage treatment, beer wastewater as external carbon source, the removal rate TN and PO43- -P and the impact on COD, pH of the reaction system which dosing beer wastewater were analyzed. [ Result ] The removal efficiency can be substantially changed by the addition of different doses of external carbon. In a certain range, with the increasing dosage of beer wastewater, the total nitrogen removal rate increased, when beer wastewater excessive dosing, the to- tal nitrogen removal rate decreases. The P043- -P removal rate was downward trend with the increasing dosage of beer wastewater. [ Conclusion] The beer wastewater can be an economical and effective external carbon source for enhancing nitrogen and phosphorus removal. As a compari- son, COD of 70 mg/L was found to be the best dosage of the external carbon.
