摘要
目的 :探索良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)安全有效的治疗新途径。方法 :经尿流改道和充分术前准备后 ,经尿道前列腺电汽化术 (TUVP)治疗。结果 :均能安全有效的解除前列腺尿道的梗阻 ,排尿功能均恢复良好。结论 :TUVP损伤小 ,安全性高 ,疗效确切 ,并发症少 ,尤其适用于有严重并发症的高危患者的治疗。
Purpose:To explore the safe and effective treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Method:Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate(TUVP) was performed on patients with BPH.Result:TUVP could relieve urethremphraxis effectively and safely,urination of patients recover quickly.Conclusion:TUVP has the characteristics of slight injury and less complication,it is safe and effective in the treatment of BPH,and it is a useful procedure for high risk patients with severe complications.
