补体系统与Alzheimer病(综述) 被引量:1

摘要 研究表明 ,经典补体通路的全部补体成分、多种补体调节蛋白及其受体等均在Alzheimer病 (AD)脑内存在和上调表达 ,且与含Aβ的AD病理结构密切相关。经典补体通路在AD患者脑内的活化以及活化的补体成分与AD病理损害之间的高度相关性表明 ,补体系统可能参与了AD的脑内病理活动。
