摘要
目的 对实习护生心理健康状况进行调查分析。方法 采用龚耀先修订的症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）进行问卷调查。结果 我院护生ＳＣＬ－９０中强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性６项因子分及阳性项目数均高于国内青年组常模，从ＳＣＬ－９０阳性率较高的前１０项症状项目来看，以强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑表现最为突出，并通过聚类分析提示各因子之间有着一定的联系，互相影响，互相制约。结论 实习护生心理有其独特性，应加强对他们进行心理健康教育。
objective To evaluate the Psychological health states of probationers. Methods The psychological health states were investigated in 103 probationers with Gong's modified questionnaire SCL - 90. Results The incidence of strainness, sensitivity in interpersonal relationship, anxiety , fearfulness, and crankiness was significantly higher than that in normal domestic young population, especially the incidence of the former three factors was more dominant. The analysis showed that there was a close relationship among these factors. Conclusion A special attention should be paid to the Psychological health education for probationers to prevent them from mental illness.
