初产妇经阴道分娩时会阴侧切和会阴自然裂伤对盆底功能的影响 被引量：20

摘要 目的：对初产妇在分娩过程中会阴的侧切以及自然裂伤给产妇盆底的功能影响进行对比。方法：回顾2011年6月～2013年6月在我院经阴道分娩的500例初产妇病例。依据临床情况分为会阴侧切组和自然裂伤组，对两组患者的盆底功能进行对比评价。结果：两组患者在第二产程时间、排尿以及盆底功能无显著差异，P＞0.05；但在伤口的疼痛和性生活的障碍上差异显著，P＜0.05。结论：初产妇在分娩过程中可行会阴侧切减少患者会阴出现严重性的裂伤，但对患者盆底的肌肉和神经功能伤害大，会造成患者产后伤口的疼痛和性生活的障碍。
