摘要
目的 :探讨CT室突发性事件抢救、护理及预防措施。方法 :总结 16 5例CT检查时突发性事件患者临床资料及抢救护理经验。结果 :CT室突发性事件有过敏反应、呼吸心跳骤停、惊恐发作、癫痫发作、咯血 5种类型。结论 :CT室突发性事件重在预防 ,要及时做好抢救及护理工作。
Objective:To study First-aid,nursing and revention of the emergency in CT-room.Methods:The clinical materials in 165 patients with the emergency in CT-room were analyzed retrospectively,results were compared with 165 controls.Results:The emergency in CT-room included allerge,breathe-cardiac arrest,phobic reaction,epilepsy,hemoptysis.Conclusion:It is important that prevention of emergency in CT-room,treatment and nursing in time.
