Application Status of Shape Memory Alloys in Morphing Wings

摘要 形状记忆合金(SMA)驱动元件作为变体机翼产生变形的动力源,是变体机翼应用研究中的关键。综述了不同类型SMA驱动的变体机翼的设计原理及实现方式,对其中的SMA驱动机构性能特点进行了讨论和详细分析,最后对今后研究中需关注的要点提出了见解,以期促进SMA驱动的变体机翼的发展。 As the energy power of the morphing wings,shape memory alloy (SMA) actuating mechanism is the key technology of morphing wings.The conceptual design and prototype fabrication of different SMA-actuated morphing wings are reviewed,and a comprehensive evaluation and analysis on characteristic of SMA-actuators in morphing wings are given.Finally,some cruxes of SMA-actuated morphing wings are pointed out in order to develop innovative application in the future.
