摘要
目的探讨卵巢畸胎瘤的CT表现特征,提高CT诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的26例28个卵巢畸胎瘤的CT资料。结果 28个卵巢畸胎瘤中,成熟性畸胎瘤26个,未成熟畸胎瘤2个。囊性25个,囊实性2个,实性1个。26例中27个含脂肪组织成分,9个见"浮球征"。4个中见脂/液平面,19例见壁结节,24例肿瘤中见钙化或牙齿影,未成熟畸胎瘤2例,呈囊实性或实性。结论卵巢畸胎瘤因其特征性CT表现,一般不难诊断。
Objective To study CT manifestations of ovarian teratomas and to improve its diagnosis. Methods CT findings of 28 pathologically proved ovarian teratomas in 26patients were restrospectively analyzed. Results Of 28 lesions, 26 were matured, 2 immatured. 25 lesions were cystic, 2 were solid-cystic and 1 solid lesion.Fat was contained in 27, fat-fluid level in 4 cases, wall plug in 19 and calcification or tooth in 24 lesions. Solid or cystic-solid was showed in 2 immatured lesions. Conclusion Most ovarian teratomas can be diagnosis because of the typical CT signs.
