摘要
本文以电石炉闭式循环水系统改造为背景,提出了基于OPC技术的跨平台远程监控方案,实现了西门子WINCC监控平台和浙大中控DCS之间数据交换。实践表明,该方案能够很好的满足控制要求,并大大节省系统改造成本。
This paper proposed a cross platform remote monitoring and control method based on OPC technology, taking calcium carbide furnace circulating water system as the background. It realized the data exchange between SUPCON DCS and Siemens WlNCC platform. The practice showed that this scheme can satisfy the control requirements, and save the system cost.
