摘要
青岛的八大关及太平角地区是20世纪30、40年代建设的著名滨海度假别墅区。本文在回顾八大关及太平角别墅区规划建设历史的基础上,着重论述了20世纪30年代初青岛政府颁布法规对八大关"特别规定地"规划建设实施的管理,接下来分析了参与八大关及太平角地区别墅建筑设计的建筑师群体的类似"社区建筑师"的身份,讨论了上述因素对保证八大关及太平角别墅区规划建设质量所起到的积极作用。
Badaguan and Taipingjiao area are famous coastal resort built in 1930s-1940s＇ Qingdao. Based on the review of the planning history in Badaguan and Taipingjiao villa area, the whole article focus on dissertate the management of the plan execution to Badaguan （special provision area） through the law issued by the government in 1930s,Then analysis the identity of the ＂community architect＂ for the designers of the villas in Badaguan and Taipingjiao area, and discuss the positive role played by the above factors to keep the quality of the Badaguan and Taipingjiao area planning.
