摘要
本文通过对长沙市芙蓉生态新城廉租房项目建筑设计的研究,在廉租住房的功能空间综合利用、自保温配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构使用、绿色太阳能技术运用等方面,结合南方冬冷夏热气候特点,开展实践探索,以期拓展廉租房设计的意义,探索在政府保障房建设的大背景下,如何在廉租房项目中实现宜居、生态、节能的综合平衡。
Through the research on the architecture design of Changsha Furong (Lotus) New Ecological City, a low-rent housing project, a practical exploration was made in the comprehensive utilization of functional space, the employment of self-insulating reinforced masonry shear wall construction and the application of solar energy technology to exlarge the significance of low-rent housing design and to explore a way, in a macro background of the affordable housing presented by the government, to realize an overall balance of livablity, ecology and energy-conservation in the low-rent housing project in the hot-summer and cold- winter zone in southern part of China.
