摘要
本文用激光光散射和光学显微镜方法研究了聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂/聚醋酸乙烯酯共混体系不稳相分离过程最大散射强度I_m(t,T)和相应波矢q_m(t,T)随时间变化规律及相区的逾渗结构。实验结果表明:I_m(t,T)和q_m(t,T)与时间t满足简单的标度关系I_m(t,T)~t~β,q_m(t,T)~t^(-a)。且标度关系β=3α成立,首次揭示了相态结构的分维特征,给出了计算相态结构分维数的简便方法,其分维数D值约为1.68±0.03,与逾渗模型给出的D值接近。
In this paper the scaling behavior and percolation structure of spinodal phase separation in a binary polymer blend of poly (vinyl acetate) (PVAc) with poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) were studied by using light scattering and optical microscope techniques. Unmixing process was found to give the scaling law on the wave number of the dominant Fourier component of the fluctuation q_m and on the maximum scattered intensity I_m as given by q~t^(-α) and I_m~t~β. The percolation strucrre was found in the phase separation process. The fractal dimension for 2d cluster of spinodal phase separation can be obtained from microscope picture. The fractal dimension D=1.68 at 140 min at 180.0℃.
