摘要
机械设备的润滑问题是机械使用过程中面临的首要问题,针对传统的集中润滑系统系统臃肿、油脂供给量凭借经验、温度报警等工况监测装置独立等缺点,通过对硬件、软件、给油周期和工业应用PC机与PLC通信执行组态操作进行设计,研制出一种集中智能润滑控制系统。此集中润滑供油系统采用分布式结构,由上位控制机PLC、下位执行单片机及供油系统组成,上下位机采用RS-485总线通信。主要供油系统设计分为给油器、喷射装置和泵站三部分。上位机实时显示润滑温度和时间,下位机反馈温度和单独控制给油。此系统最终实现了智能加油、上位组态、编程控制、和报警等功能,在矿山大型机械设备给油方面可取代劳动效率低下的人工加油作业,同时提高机械设备使用效率,具有一定社会效益。

Aming at the defects of the traditional centralized lubrication system, such as: System bloated, With experience in oil supply, temperature monitoring devices independent, a intelligent centralized lubrication system was designed by designing the hardwares, software, oil cycle and execution configuration operation of industrial PC with PLC communication. The lubrication system uses distributed architecture, forming by host controller PLC, Under executive microcontroller and oil supply system. Upper and lower computer communicat using RS-485 bus. The main fuel supply system includes oil feeder, injection devices and pump station. The PLC displays the temperature and time of lubrication in real-time; the PC feedbacks the datas of the temperature and oil controlling. The lubrication system finally actualized intelligent oiling, host configuration, programming controlling and alarm functions. It can replace the inefficient manual labor refueling operations, while improving efficiency in the use of mechanical equipment, and can make social benefit.
