摘要
在板形测量系统中,板形辊边部传感器受力状态与转向辊受力弯曲有直接关系。为了得到准确的板形测量值,通过研究ABB板形辊的板形检测原理,分析了边部传感器在带钢张力作用下的受力状态,给出了转向辊受力弯曲的数学模型,并成功应用于1450冷连轧机上。研究结果表明,该模型用于ABB板形辊板形测量系统中,实现了板形精确测量。
In flatness measurement system, meter sensors at the edge of shape have the direct relation between forced condition and the bending deflector roll in force. In order to obtain the accurate shape of strip measurement value, the strip measurement theory of the ABB shape meter were investigated and the sensors at tension condition were analyzed. The bending deflector roll in force mathematical expression was deduced. Furthermore, this model was successfully used in 1450 tandem mill. The results show that this model was used in the ABB strip shape measure ment system and realized the precise shape of strip measurement.
