摘要
目的研究新疆全缘叶蓝刺头中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、低压ODS柱色谱、制备薄层色谱等方法对新疆全缘叶蓝刺头的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,运用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从新疆全缘叶蓝刺头中分离得到6种黄酮醇类化合物和3种简单酚类化合物,分别为金圣草素(L-1),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(L-2),异鼠李素-3-O-2G-吡喃鼠李糖基芸香糖苷(L-3),Sowie Spinacetin-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(L-4),5,7,4'-三羟基-3,6-二甲氧基黄酮(L-5),芦丁(L-6),2,6-二甲氧基对苯醌(L-7),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(L-8)和熊果苷(L-9)。结论化合物L-2~L-5,L-7~L-9为首次从蓝刺头属中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Echinops integrifolius from XinJiang. METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH -20, and ODS Cl8 columns and preparative thin layer chroma- tography. RESULTS Six flavonols and three phenolic compounds were isolated and identified as 5,7, 4'- trihydroxy-3-methanoxyfla- vone (L-1), quereetin-3-O-β-D-glueopyranoside (L-2), isorhamnetin 3-O-2G-rhamnopyranosylrutinoside (L-3), Sowie Spinacetin 3- O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( L-4), 5, 7, 4'-Trihydroxy-3,6-dimethoxyflavone ( L-5 ), rutin ( L-6), 2, 6-dimethoxy-1, 4-benzoquinone ( L-7), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( L-8 ) and arbutin(L-9). CONCLUSION Compounds L-2 - L-5, L-7 - L-9 were isolated from Echinops genus for the first time.
