摘要
本文详细介绍了春化的起源、早期探索及阶段发育理论,综述了近50年来有关春化的研究,包括温度、光周期两因子对春化的影响,春化的生理生化进展;阐述了蛋白质、核酸和激素与春化的关系,其中重点介绍了玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)对春化的影响,并对春化的本质进行了探讨。
Origin of vernalization,early studies and the theories on Phasic development were introduced in this paper. Wheat vernalization in recent fifty years was Comprehensively reviewed, including the effect of temperature and photoperiod on vernalization, the advances in physiology and biochemistry during vernalization, and the relationship between protein, nucleicacid, hormone and vernalization. The effets of ZEN on vernalization were introduced, and the nature of vernalization was also discussed.
