骨盆后环内固定的生物力学研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 随着高能量创伤的逐年增多,骨盆损伤的发生率亦逐年增高,约占全部骨创伤的3%。尽管医疗技术水平不断提高,但骨盆损伤的死亡率、致残率仍居高不下。骨盆前环结构和后环结构对骨盆的稳定性作用分别占40%和60%。骶骨、骶髂关节同属骨盆后环,是承担人体躯干载荷和传导、分散进行力的重要结构,骨盆环相关固定的生物力学研究对骨盆损伤的诊治具有重要的临床指导意义。
