摘要
我国主要是用软锰矿还原焙烧酸解法来生产硫酸锰。近年来有人开发了用硫酸分解硫铁矿和软锰矿生产硫酸锰的新方法。这种方法流程短,成本低,而且可利用二氧化锰含量较低的软锰矿为原料。这种方法的反应机理是硫铁矿粉和稀硫酸反应生成具有还原作用的FeSO_4、H_2SO_3和H_2,这些中间物质再和硫酸及二氧化锰反应而生成硫酸锰。
A common method for production of manganous sulphate in China is decomposition of pyrolusite with sulphuric acid, The ore is reduced in roasting before decomposition. Recently a new method is developed for production of manganous sulphate from pyrite and pyrolusite, i, e, by decomposing the latter with acid. The process is simple and the cost is low, furthermore, the pyrolusite containing lower manganese dioxide content can be used as the raw material. The mechanism of the method is: during the reaction1 of pyrite powder and dilute sulphuric acid, FeSO_4, H_2SO_3 and H_2 are formed as reducing agents, and these intermediate products are reacted with sulphuric acid and manganese dioxide to form manganous sulphate.
