摘要
患者,女,65岁。于半月前无明显诱因突发出现恶心,伴呕吐,为胃内容物,无寒战、发热,无反酸、嗳气、胃灼热,无心慌、胸闷、气促,无头痛、头晕,遂到当地医院就诊,行抗炎、对症治疗,上述症状反复,疗效不佳,半日前上述症状加重。既往行胆囊切除术＋胆总管切开取石术＋胆肠吻合术。
Summary Fecalith ileus is a rare type of mechanical intestinal obstruction,it is more rare in duodenum. Feca- lith ileus has typical CT feature,but it will be easily misdiagnosed by inexperienced people.
