摘要
设计了一种用于石油钻井液固控系统的重叠式矩形泥浆罐,具有占地面积小、容积大、便于运输的特点,并提出了具体的防腐要求。采用有限元分析方法进行强度和刚度校核,使之能够适用多种工况环境。
Overlap rectangular mud tank design will be used for oil drilling solid control system. The design has advantages,such as small floor space,large volume and easier transport.The clear requirements for anticorrosion are made and the strength and rigidity are checked by ANSYS soft-ware.The design could satisfy the requirements of operation of this equipment in a variety of envi-ronments .
