分散剂体系对氯乙烯—醋酸乙烯—丙烯酸酯三元共聚树脂性能的影响

摘要 本文研究了氯乙烯—醋酸乙烯—丙烯酸酯三元悬浮共聚合反应中分散剂体系对树脂颗粒形态及溶解性能的影响。结果表明,使用复合分散剂制得的树脂颗粒形态不规整,表观密度较低,类似于疏松型氯醋树脂,溶解性能也较满意;而单用分散剂A制得的树脂颗粒形态为球形,表观密度较高,类似于紧密型氯醋树脂,溶解性能较差。 The effect of dispersant systems in Vinyl Chloride-Vinyl acetateAcrylate suspension copolymerization on the resin particle shape and solubility have been studied. It has been found that when using composite dispersant the reaulted resin particle shape is irregular and apparant density is lower, like bulk type Vinyl Chloride-acetate copolymer and solubility is satisfactory; when using dispersing agent A the resulted resin particle shape is spherical and apparant density is higher, like compact type Vinyl Chloride-acetate copolymer and solubility is unsatisfactory.
