贵州省汉族、苗族、布依族人群载脂蛋白M与血脂水平相关性研究

摘要 目的了解贵州省汉族、苗族、布依族人群载脂蛋白M(ApoM)与血脂水平的关系。方法 (1)应用ABC双抗夹心法检测血浆ApoM含量。(2)用自动生化仪检测血清中甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果 (1)3个民族人群的血浆ApoM含量与TG、TC均呈显著负相关。(2)汉族人群ApoM含量明显低于苗族和布依族人群,TC含量明显高于苗族和布依族人群。结论 ApoM含量改变影响脂质代谢,血浆ApoM含量降低使TG、TC水平升高。
