摘要
目的 研究奥美拉唑 (奥克 )和泰胃美三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌 (HP)相关性十二指肠溃疡的愈合率、HP根除率、主要症状缓解率及其安全性。方法 经胃镜证实的十二指肠溃疡患者采用随机抽样、配对分组法分为奥克三联组 (A组 )和泰胃美三联组 (B组 ) ;2周为一疗程 ,停药 4周后复查胃镜。结果 溃疡愈合率 A组为90 .9% ,B组为 42 .1% ,有极显著性差异 P<0 .0 0 1。HP根除率 A组为 86 .4% ,B组为 78.9% ,P>0 .0 5 ,无显著性差异。1周疼痛、烧心和反酸缓解率 A、B两组均有显著性差异。结论 奥克 2周三联疗法对十二指肠溃疡的疗效及症状缓解率明显优于泰胃美 ,而根除 HP无明显差异。
Objective To study the effect of omeperazole triple therapy and tagamet triple therapy on the treatment of helicobacter pylori (HP) related duodenal ulcer (DU),and to compare the healing rate,HP eradicate rate,major symptoms relieve rate and safety between the two regimens.Methods All diagnoses of DU were confirmed by gastroendoscopy.The patients were divided into omeprazole triple therapy group (group A) and tagamet triple therapy group (group B) by a double bland randomized way.The therapy period was 2 weeks.Four weeks later,gastroendoscopy was reexamed.Results DU healing rate in group A was 90.9%,and in group B was 42.1%( P<0.001).HP eradicate rate in group A was 86.4% and in group B was 78.9% (P>0.05).One week pain,burning heart and acid reflux relieve rate was significantly higher in group A than in group B.Conclusions The effect of 2 weeks omeprazole triple therapy is much better than tagamet triple therapy in DU.But HP eradicate rate is samilar in the two groups.
