摘要
目的 评价激光治疗前列腺增生症患者的远期疗效。方法 应用 Nd:YAG激光仪 ,对 2 5 8例前列腺增生症患者进行经尿道非接触式激光治疗并随访。功率 6 0 W,每点照射 6 0秒 ,一般照射 4～ 2 4点。结果 治疗后平均随访 3.2年 ,2 5 8例患者主、客观总有效率均在 80 %左右。结论 经尿道非接触式激光切除前列腺手术具有出血少及对病人打击小的特点 ,更适于年老体弱患者 ,是治疗前列腺增生症患者的有效方法之一。
Objective To evaluation the long term effect of transurethral noncontact laser ablation of the prostate.Methods Two hundred and fifty eight cases of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) were treated by transurethral noncontact laser (Nd:YAG) ablation with the power fixed at 60W and lighted 60 second for each point.Results The patients were followed up in an average period of 3.2 years.The subjuctive and objective effects of the treatment were about 80% respectively.Conclusions Transurethral noncontact laser ablation of the prostate is effective in the treatment of BPH patients.It has the benefit of less bleeding and less suffering.
