微弱荧光信号下对色氨酸和酪氨酸溶液的定量分析

摘要 应用偏最小二乘法,研究了在微弱荧光信号情况下不同的预处理方式和不同建模光谱区间对色氨酸和酪氨酸溶液浓度定量分析结果的影响,发现预处理方式采用平滑、减黑暗响应和减直线操作,然后建模光谱区间采用300-500nm范围内取极值点并对300-400nm进行间隔10nm取值时得到最佳的建模效果.实验最终取得了良好的预测效果:酪氨酸浓度的平均预测误差为5.9%,色氨酸浓度的平均误差为8.1%.
