摘要
本文介绍了弹性波电动机、压电陶瓷微位移驱动器、超声波电动机、超微型电动机、片式无刷电动机、形状记忆合金执行器等几种微特电机的基本原理、结构、特点以及国内外研制开发和应用的概况。
Essential principle, construction, feature of elastic wave motor, piezoelectric ceramic micro-displacement driver, ultrasonicwave motor, ultra-micro motor, chip non-brush motor, shape memory alloy executor etc micro-special motors, and research development at home and abroad, and application summary were described in this paper.
