摘要
探讨小剂量乙酰水杨酸肠溶片的含量测定方法。将原方法改为全用乙醇溶解、定容并滤过后进行测定 ,可排除辅料糊精对主药测定的干扰。方法平均回收率为 10 0 2 % ,RSD为 0 17%。修改后的方法简便、准确。
The method for content determination of acetylsalicylic acid enteric-coated tablet was studied. The influence of auxiliary materials may be eliminated when main ingredients are determined after tablets dissolved in alcohol and filtered. The average recovery was 100 2%, and RSD was 0 17%. The method is simple and accruate.
