摘要
利用外环吹风丝束冷却装置生产多孔超细旦涤纶长丝,对外环吹风丝束冷却装置的结构特点进行分析,讨论了外环吹冷却条件下喷丝板设计、缓冷区设置、丝条的冷却工艺及上油特点.结果表明:选用2~4圈同心圆分布喷丝板,缓冷区高度55~65 mm,缓冷区温度300~310℃,控制外环吹风筒长度165~225mm,环吹风相对湿度80%~90%,温度18 ~20℃,压力30~60Pa,使用扁平孔油嘴上油,可生产出高品质的多孔超细旦涤纶长丝,生产的55.6 dtex/144 f涤纶FDY的断裂强度4.32 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为29.6%.
A porous super fine denier polyester filament was produced by using an external circular quench air unit.The structure characteristics of the external circular quench air unit were analyzed.The spinneret design,slow cooling setting and fiber quenching and oiling process were discussed for the introduction of the external circular quench air unit.The results showed that the porous super fine denier polyester filament with high quality can be produced under the conditions as followed:spinneret with 2-4 circles of concentric circles,slow cooling zone height 55-65 mm,slow cooling temperature 300-310 ℃,external circular quench air chamber length 165-225 mm,circular quench air relative humidity 80%-90%,temperature 18-20 ℃,pressure 30-60 Pa,flat oil nozzle; and the produced 55.6 dtex/144 f polyester FDY had the breaking strength 4.32 cN/dtex and elongation at break 29.6%.
