摘要
为了研究9 YG-130型前置式双圆盘割草机的动态特性,以其连接架为研究对象,通过 SolidWorks 对前置式双圆盘割草机的连接架进行三维实体建模,通过接口导入 ANSYS Workbench 中,利用 ANSYS Workbench 对连接架进行了模态分析,确定了连接架的固有频率和振型特征,得到了其前6阶模态振型从317.85~935.55Hz之间的变化规律。当阻止外加激励频率与固有频率接近时,可避免因共振引起割草机作业质量下降,研究结果为后续有限元分析和产品优化提供了依据。
For researching 9YG-130 type of the front double disc mower ’s dynamic characteristics , with it’s connect-ing frame for the study , three-dimensional solid modeling SolidWorks front double disc mower connecting frame , and then through interface import ANSYS Workbench .ANSYS Workbench connection frame modal analysis , to determine the natural frequency and vibration characteristics of the connecting frame , has been the first six mode shapes between from 317.85Hz to 935.55Hz, while avoiding the excitation frequency close to the natural frequency , you can avoid the reso-nance caused by the decline in the quality of mower operation , the results of follow-up finite element analysis and optimi-zation provided .
